Spa Policies

• Appointments: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for paperwork. Our aestheticians want to spend the whole of your appointment on pampering you.
• Cancellations: As a courtesy, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
• Gratuity: 18-20% is customary, but at your discretion and appreciated. May be paid in cash or credit card.
