Very poor communication. I’ll save you some time: A ~10 minute appointment with Dr. Eyre to prescribe you some Kefflex for a lump costs $120.74 (99202 – office/outpatient visit, new)
The visit was easy to schedule but I ultimately did not have a great experience. I had a small bump on my back, and I was concerned it would cause problems for me long term. The visit was maybe 10 minutes long, after the assistant asked me some questions and Dr. Eyre took a very brief look, I had to keep asking questions to get more of an explanation of what it was and what options there were to treat it. Seemed rushed. At the office I asked specifically for how much I needed to pay and what the costs would be. They told me my copay was $40, no problem. I asked them to give me an explanation of the costs before they sent a bill. All I got was a standard bill three weeks later. Very poor commmunicaton. They should take time to explain more to patients, don’t rush an appointment, and actually do what you say you will when someone asked for more information regarding billing. Not worth the visit.
