All Aspen Aesthetics technicians are Utah licensed and trained at Aspen Aesthetics.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and Aspen Aesthetics gift certificates.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 18-20% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion and appreciated.

APPOINTMENTS

We ask that patients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow us time to gather necessary information and paperwork. When booking services at Aspen Aesthetics, your appointment is scheduled with an Aesthetician or Physician Assistant, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers two options:

-You may opt to shorten your treatment. The regular service price will apply.

-You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time; however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

-Aspen Aesthetics requires that a valid credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. 

NO SHOWS

-Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. 

-No-shows will be charged a $50 no show fee. Aspen Aesthetics requires that a valid credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. 

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule  an appointment. You will be texted and/or e-mailed the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or reschedule. Any cancellation or reschedule after 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Aspen Aesthetics requires that a valid credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance a $50 will be charged to your card on file.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Let us help you pamper that special someone. Gift certificates for any treatment, package, or retail products may be purchased at the front desk.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
We are sorry, Aspen Aesthetics retail products and treatments are not refundable. You may exchange retail products for another retail product that best suits your skin type.

CHILDREN
Children under 8 are not allowed in spa areas at any time. Children under 18 years old are considered a minor. A parent or guardian must be present IN THE TREATMENT ROOM (but not receiving a service) for the duration of the service and must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the service
