Appointments

We ask that new patients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow us time to gather necessary information and paperwork. When booking services at Aspen Aesthetics, your appointment is scheduled with a provider whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment.

If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers two options:

  1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
  2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

Cancellations

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment. You will be texted and/or e-mailed the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Gratuity

Gratuities may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 18-20% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion and appreciated.
