Wait time was about 10 minutes which was spent doing paperwork (new patient). The staff was very friendly and asked questions about condition. The dermatologist was sympathetic, upbeat and very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and explained treatment and condition in a way you can understand.
